What is the DHS diet?

The DHS diet is a convenient food delivery program for busy people who care about their health.  Each week we offer a different menu of fresh, delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  

 

All recipes we prepare are selected (or created) according to nutritional value and flavor.  Every meal includes a nutrition label that details the amount of calories, carbohydrates, fat, fiber, protein, sugars, and vitamins.  

 

Aside from nutrition and flavor, the DHS diet recognizes that certain food combinations and cooking processes affect metabolism and overall body weight.   Thus, our meals include natural foods that are high in fiber, low in saturated fat, and prepared in the healthiest way possible.

 

 

How does the DHS Diet Delivery Program Work?

Customers e-mail their food orders to food@dhsdiet.com by Friday at 5 PM for the following week. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, the DHS diet will deliver meals to your home or office between 6-10 AM.

 

On Monday of each week, the upcoming menu will be available online at www.dignifiedhealthsolutions.com.   All orders must be placed by 5 PM Friday afternoon for Sunday and/or Wednesday delivery and there is a minimum order of three meals per delivery.

 

When Can I start ordering the DHS diet?

Beginning today, you can place orders to be delivered on Monday morning.   All orders for next week must be placed by 5 pm this Friday.

 

After reviewing the food menu for next week (above), e-mail your order to food@dhsdiet.com, including your name, home address, contact phone number.
